Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and iron. The living-room TV has Freeview, DVD & Bose surround sound with a portable Bluetooth speaker typically plugged into the bedroom. Ample storage space for suitcases, spare bedding, and additional pillows. Two sofas in the living room — one folds down for guests. Gas central heating, recently serviced. The bathroom has a mini shower within the bath.

WiFi internet is currently provided by Sky, soon to be replaced with a new FTTH (Fibre to the Home) service.
